I have a non-traditional career spanning public, private, and non-profit that has allowed me to build a "T-shaped" set of skills. I specialize in translating an executive's vision or desire for a project into real, concrete outcomes.

This is a consulting/advisory service. I join as a fractional member of your team.

How is it structured?

We start with a pilot project or a 60-day contract to see if our styles mesh well. If we decide there's a fit, we set up a retainer contract that renews quarterly.

Can you give me some examples of what you've worked on?

Sure! I have a wide-ranging body of work. Here are some examples of the projects that executives turned over to me to run:

  • Design and execute four (4) highly visible thought-leadership campaigns with C-suite executives of a $1B ARR company
  • Develop a citywide economic strategy involving 75 stakeholders and elected politicians to recruit $100MM+ in business investment

How much do I have to invest?

Executives invest up to $10K per month for my services. Most clients invest between $3K and $7K per month. I do not work hourly.
